Get it together Nordstrom
I was excited to get this shirt, and I had it shipped to the store and went to go pick it up it came in a bag with the hanger (those shipping bags) it didn't come in a box and it came wrinkly. Not just that, I thought they would inspect it to make sure they were no tears or loose threads.. it was just ugly.. not up to standards.
Nordstrom employees at customer service pick up are so rude... they look like they hate their jobs.. quit your job and give it to someone who'll appreciate it..
Apparently, Nordstrom does not care about their customers. I will be making a phone call to customer service first thing!!! Oh, and did I mention it looked like a shirt you buy from Wal-Mart? Or one of those cheap stores..?! Very cheaply made and the arms sleeves were baggy, I bought a medium and it looked so baggy in the arm area that it looked like a chicken wing..
