I love CeCe tops! I am 60 yrs. old and their many 3/4 sleeves tops hides my elephant skin elbows.

This particular CECE V neck runs smaller in bust than others in this style. Plus, the fabric is very rough and feels unpleasant on skin.

Feminine with nice details
This is a super comfortable and casual top with some nice details around the sleeves. The bows can be adjusted so it can work with a variety of arm sizes. The only downside is that the bows come undone periodically and need to be re-tied while you are wearing it. Otherwise, it's perfect with jeans and off you go!
