Not the quality of other CeCe blouses
I really like CeCe and have bought several CeCe blouses. This one's a disappointment. One thing I really like about this brand is that they usually include a layer under thinner material so we don't have to wear a camisole. This one definitely needs something under it, and I'm having trouble finding something that doesn't look weird. Plus, that's an extra expense. If I hadn't already thrown away the tags, I would return it.
