This is not a luxury brand retailer
I was very disappointed to receive this bag clearly used. It did not arrive in the YSL box and proper dust cover. It was sent in a plastic envelope with no padding or protection. This is the second designer bag I have purchased from Nordstrom in this condition and I have returned both. Please do better if you intend to sell luxury goods!!
