Not sure how this has great reviews
It appears this mattress has great reviews, but I noticed they are all part of a promotion. Well, I did not get this mattress as part of a promotion and here is my honest opinion. I have terrible neck pain, so I was willing to basically buy anything that would help. I tried a sealy mattress which was horrible, and then got this casper. It is soft, not firm at all. When I sit on the bed it totally sinks down. I find that really annoying and uncomfortable. If I sit on the edge it literally just sinks completely. I had to buy a new bed frame and headboard just so I could sit up and watch my TV in my bed. Otherwise the edge sinks back. I also wake up sweating every single night. I'm not saying this mattress is horrible, but what I am saying is its very expensive and at this point I feel like I just settled. no changes in comfort.

Liked the mattress for first year - became worse and worse after that - has not held up at all - lumpy - poor quality and neither I or my partner are heavy.

Casper Wave Hybrid banished my neck and back pain
I had been experiencing neck and back pain from sleeping on my 10 year old Sleep Number mattress and ordered the Casper Wave Hybrid in the hope that it would help me to feel better. The mattress arrived in about a week and I set it up the same day. My neck and back started to feel better the first day and after a week on the new mattress the pain was gone. This is a very comfortable and supportive mattress!
