Casper Knee High Block Heel Boot

This was my first ZIGI purchase, and I was really looking forward to loving these boots. I was initially impressed to find that each boot came with its own satin dust bag. I love the style of these boots- for me, the leather with the wood block heel is a timeless look. I was super bummed with the quality, though. The foot of the boot is crafted with a nice thick leather, but at the ankle seam, the material for the boot shaft is swapped to a thinner leather. This thin leather not only looks different in texture and color, but it also isn't durable enough to hold the shape of the boot. Although I had enough room in the calves, the thin leather still buckled at the ankle (a problem when either the boot is too tight at the calves or the shaft material is too flimsy).
