1. Coolness is temporary. Cool at 1st then it’s warm and retains the warmth 2. Pillow is thin 3. Doesn’t hold its shape. Once you warm it up and head molds into pillow, it sinks in and it’s too thin already to do that therefore makes the pillow uncomfortable. I’m returning

Great pillow but smaller than
Great pillow but smaller than a standard size and all my pillowcases slip off of it, looking very messy. The blue color also shows through all pillowcases and looks off. It needs a better cover.

Not quite what I hoped for
We used the pillows for about 3 days and went back to other pillows which offered greater comfort. Product was nicely constructed, is slightly on the small side for a standard pillow and now sits in a guest room.
