1. Coolness is temporary. Cool at 1st then it’s warm and retains the warmth 2. Pillow is thin 3. Doesn’t hold its shape. Once you warm it up and head molds into pillow, it sinks in and it’s too thin already to do that therefore makes the pillow uncomfortable. I’m returning

Not what I expected
At first glance this pillow seemed comfortable but after 4 weeks of us, this pillow feels stiff. It's firm and standard pillowcase fits awkward. I don't like how stiff this pillow is. It looks like a huge sponge on the bed. I tried to return them for another more comfortable pillow and was told I can't. I am disappointed 😞

Best cooling pillow I've owned.
This pillow is the just right pillow for me, and it stays cooler than pillows I've had in the past. it is the perfect height and firmness. I will be gifting one to my son and daughter as well.

Amazing cool
Love the pillow wish it had a little more support as I’m a side sleeper and alternate from side to side. Highly recommend for those that want a cooling pillow
