1. Coolness is temporary. Cool at 1st then it’s warm and retains the warmth 2. Pillow is thin 3. Doesn’t hold its shape. Once you warm it up and head molds into pillow, it sinks in and it’s too thin already to do that therefore makes the pillow uncomfortable. I’m returning

I expected a pillow that
I expected a pillow that stayed cold. It doesn’t stay cold for more than 10 minutes. Very disappointed for thebprice paid.

Smell that never goes away
Nice pillow, cooling as advertised, but the pillow itself smells like dirty clothes. I washed the cover, added another allergy cover and a pillowcase, but it still smelled so strongly, I threw the pillow away.
Also, I was told when I purchased it that it was returnable. That is not true. You can only return it if you haven’t taken it out of the air tight bag. Very misleading
