Satisfied with this pillow
I had a Casper Down pillow due to being a back sleeper and it gives just the right amount of support that I needed so I decided to get a second one.
I'm happy with these pillows. Other pillows were either too firm or no support at all.

It’s a Downer!
Pillow provides no support whatsoever. Stick with the original Casper which is much better and is less expensive. Would like to return this

It’s good, not great. The second you lay on it - it turns into a flat nothing. I never stack two pillows, but you need to with these.

flat expensive pillow
I thought this pillow would be amazing I could have bought a pillow with more support at target for ¼ of the price. Highly disappointed it was the flattest pillow I have ever seen even after fluffing it like the directions said. As soon as you lay down there isn’t even an inch of support. If you sleep with this pillow you will be spending more money on a chiropractor to get adjusted from having neck, shoulder and back pain from one night. Do not waste your money! I wish I could return but I don’t think they will do that.

cheap pillow ( not up to nordi quality)
I have bought pillows from Nordstrom before so I assumed that the quality would be up to their standards. This pillow does not hold its's shape. It's barely stuffed with feathers. I bought both a soft and a medium fill pillow and they both suck. Now I'm left wondering where the good quality pillows are to be bought.
