AMAZING!
I didn’t expect this pillow to be this good but it’s amazing. You don’t sink into it, but it’s still soft. Wow! I think i should get more of these for Christmas gifts!

Customer service nightmare
I called three times in three days to find out why this item (a gift for my injured sister) wasn’t moving. Agent day 1: “there’s nothing we can do.” Agent day 2: “we’ll expedite this right away, she’ll have it tomorrow.” Agent day 3: “I don’t know why it will now take a week to arrive, backlog, (talking over me while I’m asking questions), it’s out of our hands …”
I had to ask for a supervisor just to find out what was going on, and I still don’t know what’s true. Did the item get shipped from a store in Hawaii or from the vendor? Was it Nordstrom’s fault or UPS’s? And will I ever learn not to shop at this place?

I love this pillow!
I watch TV and do a lot reading in bed. I’ve tried several back pillows, but this pillow is the bomb! It’s soft and supportive and vice versa.

Life Saver
Life saver, no joke. I had a cheap back rest pillow with arms from Amazon. Made my posture and neck worse. I splurged on this and wow! Leaning or lying on it as shown is beyond comfy. I love that you can remove and wash the cover which actually feels cozy and expensive. Love it!

It’s nice to have something
It’s nice to have something big and tall to lean back on in bed. Only taking a star off because it smells…seems like it needs a lot of time for off gassing. Guessing there’s some VOCs to worry about.

not triangular, more like snorlax
not triangular, more like snorlax shaped- it has a deep fold which prevents even support. this is due to how it was shipped. even after 2 days to allow it to expand this fold is still there… wouldnt reccomend
