Love it but runs large
I normally wear a L (sometimes X-Large) but purchased this cardigan in an X-Small and it fits perfectly. I accidentally put this cardigan in the dryer and it pilled so much that I thought I ruined it. I brushed it with a pumice stone and it looks new again.

Item defective in dark grey.
I have this sweater in another color and purchased the dark grey. Online the care said machine wash and lay to dry. I have a hand wash cycle on my machine and used that. There was fuzz all over my machine and in filter. The sweater looked horrible. When I returned, the salesperson interrogated me as if I was a criminal. I explained how I washed it and she said the label says hand wash. She just refused to understand I have that cycle on my machine and that my other sweater same exact one I had no issues like this. She reluctantly gave me a refund but the whole process of questioning took 30 minutes. This was the mission viejo, CA store. When did Nordstroms start giving people a hard time for a defective item?
