oversize but flattering
I wear a US 14 with broad shoulders and large chest and arms. I usually wear an XL but I was swimming in it, so I bought the size large. As pictured, it sits more open and fits great through the shoulder. I can button it, but would never wear it like that. Love the cinched waist, very flattering. A great value from the anniversary sale for a very versatile piece.

Quality jacket with great colors
Even though I loved this jacket, I did have to return it. The quality is great, loved the rose color. It just didn't fit me that well. The shoulders are too broad (and so are mine!). Also, the waist pleats are a little too high on my back, not near my waist, so it wasn't a good fit for me.

Size down unless you want a loose fit
Ordered an S originally because I have a 35" bust but it was too loose in the chest and shoulders. Returned for an XS which fit perfect. Sleeves will run long if you are petite or have short arms, but the cuffs have snaps and are easily rolled.
The material is a thick, sturdy cotton but is not stiff or coarse. I find the construction to overall be solid, especially at this price point. The cinch waist hits at the perfect height and is extremely easy to adjust. My only complaint is the zipper pocket is technically functional but its opening is too small to store anything practical besides loose cash.
