Never shipped?
I was looking forward to wearing this very cute striped sweatshirt on vacation, but it never arrived. I was assured repeatedly that it was on the way...then it wasn't. It had never shipped at all. By the time someone was honest with me, it was out of stock. Then Nordstrom denied my refund, but then shipped the top in the wrong size and color. Sigh.
