Pintuck Lace Detail Long Sleeve Cotton Blouse

This was one of the top items I wanted during the Anniversary Sale, and I was so excited for it. I purchased both the ivory and the black, and sized down per Nordstrom's recommendations. First of all, I wish I would have gotten my normal size. The shoulders were tight even though it fit fine everywhere else. On the other hand, I think getting my normal size would have resulted in fitting fine at the shoulders but too big everywhere else. I didn't really like the top enough to try exchanging it for my normal size. All of the little details are nice, but unfortunately I think some of them were a little ill-placed. For example, the two vertical strips down the front hit right at the breast, so depending on your bust size it will "warp" and not line up straight. Maybe the wavy seam will not bother some people, but I thought it looked odd on me. The lace detail is also see-through so you will need to wear a bra that matches your skin tone. The fabric is thin, though I did appreciate that it was 100% cotton. I think it looks much cuter on other people than it does on me. The way that it was structured, it just was not flattering. So sad this didn't work out because I had high hopes.

Really cute blouse. TTS, flattering fit. Arms are pretty fitted. The material seems a bit thin and could be better quality. But the style is really cute and will be a great fall staple. My only complaint is the position of the lace paneling, it goes right over the chest area so you have to choose your bra wisely when wearing this top.

Shirt itself was cute but the pink color was just not my color!

Purchased the pink color - Cute, comfy, lightweight. I love the mix of textures - clip dot + lace insets + smooth bodice. The mini ruffled neckline and puff shoulders add extra interest. I purchased my normal size of XS, and found the fit to be perfect.

This is a staple wear for me from early winter through early spring. Yes, the material is on the thin side, but I have it in black and LOVE it! It washes well and looks good for every occasion. I just wished I got a backup shirt for when this top decides to give up on me - it is still solid since the day I bought. I think it’s perfect paired with a nude bra. WISHED THIS WAS BACK!

Extremely happy with my purchase! Loved the quality, the fabric and the sizing! Excellent for the winter and spring everyday to work.
