Mock Neck Cotton Blend Sweater

I love these sweaters for casual wear and have purchased four colors. They are soft, full fit without being bulky, and wash up nicely. However, the material pills excessively and immediately on all areas where any friction occurs, just from sitting in a chair or couch, from the natural movement of the sleeves on the sweater sides, or from wearing a coat over the sweater. I need to "comb" the sweater several times a day just for it to maintain a nice rather than a raggedy look, and when I do so, the pile of pillage is a fistful. By the end of a day of wear, my only solution is to wash it and "start over". I have many sweaters in cotton and cotton blends, wool and wool blends, and cashmere and have never had this rather extraordinary pillage experience. Perhaps it is a manufacturing flaw? I expect better quality from Caslon and Nordstrom.

This sweater was just want I wanted! Soft, tick, gorgeous color ( pink blush) and great for a warm winter sweater. This runs a little large- I ordered my regular size small and defiantly could have sized down but it’s the look I was going for. Turtleneck is also a little looser than shown so just be aware. Would look great with jeans or leggings- hits at a great length for both!

I loved this sweater until I wore it. The sweater pills really bad and doesn't hold its shape. I was so excited when I first bought it, that I bought several colors and then returned all but the yellow one because I had worn it. I washed and wore it a couple of times, and I de-pilled it each time, but it just didn't matter. Very disappointed in the quality of the sweater.
