Pilling after just one week

I was so happy to find a lighter weight but warm cardigan that fit nicely and was available in several colors I needed. What a shame that after just one wearing the knit is starting to show signs of those dreaded little balls (“pilling”). Why should this happen in a brand new, not inexpensive sweater? Sadly I will have to return both of my purchases.

Poor Quality

I bought a large which fit fine except the sleeves were excruciatingly tight and I have smaller arms. I washed it on gentle and fluff-dried it and it wrinkled! The bottom half of the sweater looked as if I had pulled a loose thread and kept pulling until it puckered. I was so angry I threw it in the garbage!

Great cardigan. Not too heavy. Very flattering. Great transition piece. Can be worn to the office or with jeans.

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NORDSTROM

NORDSTROM SPAMMED ME REQUESTING REVIEWS. They claim this spam is a “service message” to avoid a can-spam violation. I hope an enterprising class action lawyer sues the customer hating marketing team.
