Surprisingly flattering and versatile

I'm 5'6", 135 lbs, 34C bra size, size small in tops, size 6 in pants, and I'm slightly narrow in the shoulders. The small fits perfectly, so I wouldn't size down because then the jacket will be tight in the shoulders and arms. I ordered this in black and in that color, you can't really tell that the underside of the arms is a ribbed material. The black looks a bit dressier than the other colors. The drape of the collar is so flattering, as is the fact that the torso of the jacket is cut in a way to nip in your waist. This has some shaping, rather than hanging straight. The knit itself is substantial and feels like a nicer sweatshirt material, which is key to keeping the garment draping properly. I really wasn't expecting to like this all that much, but I love it and will be able to wear it to the office or casually. This piece takes the prize as the surprise find of the anniversary sale for me.

poor construction / bad seams / defect?

I have other versions of this Caslon jacket which I love, so I had high hopes. But when received, while the fit was good, the seaming was so bad. It is as if the back panels and sleeves were put on inside out as the seams are frayed and clearly look like they should be on the inside. It’s disappointing that this is clearly a defect (where’s quality control?) so I’ll sadly have to return this.

Not like other years’ version

I bought this last year (two years ago?) and liked it so much I thought I’d add another color this year. This year’s version however looks and feels cheap. It is thinner (more t-shirt than sweatshirt like) and there are visible seams all over the sleeves and back. Personally I’m not a fan, especially on something like a blazer that is typically more structured/polished looking. I Looking closely now, I can see now that you can see the seams in the stock photos (at first I wondered if I received a “defect”) and I actually feel like it looks okay there but it feels much more noticeable to me in real life. Returning this one, and hoping they bring back previous years’ version in the future...

Good Purchase!

Great casual blazer! My only complaint is that it feels a little baggy and loose. I wish I could’ve tried the smaller size, but I don’t feel like returning it. Ultimately, a great purchase.

Love!

I ordered this in black during the Anniversary sale and loved it so much I quickly ordered the camo color. I was looking for a lighter “jacket” to wear for our mild CA Fall and Winter days. I’m 5’4, 150lbs. I usually wear either a S or M so I ordered both to see which size fit better. I decided on the small (pictured). The M was too long on the sleeves for me and made me look wider on the hips. I loved the shape of this jacket...it gave me more of a waist and I thought the quality was great. I didn’t think it was thin at all, which I had read in some of reviews. I tried it on with tank tops, t-shirts, and light long sleeve sweaters and they all worked. I love that you can dress it up or down. Excited for the cooler weather so that I can start wearing them!

Great material, great fit!

The material is awesome; not too heavy but not too light and easy to move in, like a thick long sleeve shirt. And it’s versatile! You can dress it up or down! I’m 5’5” and 170 lbs and I usually wear a large, but I didn’t want the blazer to look slouchy, so I sized down to a medium and I’m glad I did! Great fit with a tank top.

Cute casual blazer

I am happy that this is more of a light mustard color and not as bright yellow as pictured. Fits nicely, I’m usually xs or small in tops. It is not tight so I can wear something under it comfortably. The addition of pockets this year is awesome!
