Crop Utility Pants

Because the reviews for these were all over the place, some saying size down & others saying size up...I ordered both a 00 petite & 0 petite in the plain olive green color because I can be either size depending on brand. For reference, I have a petite frame at 5’2”, 103 lbs., 32B/C chest. I typically wear XS tops/dresses/jackets and size 25 waist jeans/pants. I could have gone with either size, but decided to keep the 0P and return the 00P. So I disagree with sizing down. If anything, these may run slightly small though I’m still giving it a TTS rating since I can be either size depending on brand like I mentioned. The 00P felt slightly tighter on the sides of my waist so I felt the 0P would be more comfortable. I’ve been looking for pants like these for a while, but most cropped utility pants I’ve tried haven’t been very flattering on shorter people like me. These are soft, slim fitting in the right places, and a great length even for me if you order the petite length. They fit basically like the model coming up about 1” above my ankle bone. You can dress these up or down with some mules or tennis shoes. They are a great alternative to leggings or jeans and perfect for mommin’ around town or even something more professional or work related. Flattering in the behind too. I’m so glad the bloggers didn’t hype this one up in the sale so I could still get my size. Btw Nordstrom, don’t like the tiered system this year. All the things I most wanted on my wish list were sold out with no restocks. I’ve been checking every day. I’m only an Insider and Nordstrom clearly caters to the rich. At least, do a better job with your stock. This is the worst year ever regarding the sale and restocks. Thumbs up for these pants. Thumbs down for the disappointment in the sale overall.
