Bad exchange
I was very surprised to find out when exchanging "taupe" for "black" robe, it cost $50 more. Also when I took taupe to drop off pkg Nordstrom Rack, I had to go thru a regular clerk check out line for purchases with at least a dozen people ahead of me. I tried waiting but I had an elderly person waiting in car, so I had to leave. And still have not "dropped off" pkg. We always shop Nordstrom but this was bad customer service for such loyal customers.

Except for the pilling I love it
I really love this robe but It must not be the best quality cashmere?? I guess for the price maybe that’s why I shouldn’t be surprised it is pilling so bad within the first month of owning it!!
