This review is for Nordstrom service

Does Nordstrom not care about customer experience anymore? My local store did not have my size, so the nice sale lady ordered for me from another store. Today, the Cardigan arrived. It's basically thrown into a shipping box from the hanging rack by someone, no wrapping paper, one side was all wrinkled, and a torn receipt was hanging on the coat hanger with a big hole staring at me. I bought it before the extra sale. It's not a cheap cardigan. But this entire experience made me feel like I was shopping at Fred Meyer. I am returning this item.
