Cashmere Lined EZ Touch Leather Glove

These are the exact same gloves I bought, hmmm, a few years ago? I'm still wearing the old ones, but they finally have some wear, and are not impressive dress gloves any more. The new ones fit the same, the leather is just as soft, and the cashmere lining just as comfortable. Not for extreme cold, but I can still use my keys and do stuff with these on. I wonder when I will start wearing the new ones. I use the old ones even for dragging the garbage bins now, and they show some wear, but have lasted really well. And, I haven't lost them, which I used to do more frequently. I looked at the tag, and they were Land's End, and sure enough, just like my bed sheets, they were still there, so I could buy them again. I can just barely use the touch screen in the car. For the phone, or the gas pump, I take them off.

Received men's gloves instead of women's gloves. Also, the gloves that were sent have a hole in the lining as well. I called Nordstrom customer service a week ago. I think they called Lands End to resolve, but no reply from Nordstrom or Lands End. The issue is still not resolved.
