Awesome Warranty

My last Northface triclimate jacket was almost !0 years old, and it was my go to winter coat (Ohio). I sent it in for repair of the zipper (under the lifetime warranty) but Northface informed me that it was unable to be repaired. Instead they sent me a gift certificate to get a new jacket. This new jacket is nearly identical to my old one, and is expected to last for the next ten years of Ohio's winters. Thanks Northface

I will never buy this piece of junk again!

the zipper sticks at the top end and the grip for the zipper is easily broken rendering the jacket inoperable. No one told us that the zipper needed to be waxed. Now I have to drive an hour to return the piece of junk jacket.
