all I smell is the anise.
So I received a sample of this in the mail with another perfume that I purchased from Nordstrom and it smelt so so good. So I immediately came online to order it when I received this in the mail and sprayed it all I could smell was a strong pungent Aroma, even after the dry down I went back online and looked at the notes Anise is one of them which to me smells like black licorice which I cannot stand. Not sure what happened the sample I received, smelled so sultry and sexy. so back this one is going. Not sure what happened maybe it needs to macerate. I don’t know. Anyway I’m going to order the parfum and see if that smells any different I really want this
