Love the scent of the Cartier cologne, but if you are purchasing this cologne for a second time be advised that the fragrance was changed!
Don’t get me wrong, it a beautiful citrusy smell, but not the same as before.

Seems to have 2 different smells
Had a few uses already -3 times, one day has woody scent then the next day i tried again smells like a lot better. Both scents are not overpowering if that helps.

Absolutely my favorite
The Cartier declaration is the best cologne I've ever experienced. It lasts a long time, and someone always compliments me. Both my husband and I use it. It has a wonderful fresh and unique scent.

Scent is Still Fresh and Nice
I used the Cartier fragrance made before this one. One of the reviews mentioned that they changed that scent a bit so I knew it wasn't the same. I really like it tho. It's still a fresh scent and I'm glad I took a chance.

Not as Potent
Maybe it's me, but this size of the Declaration fragrance doesn't seem to be as potent as the smaller size. Maybe I have been buying the "Cologne" strength in the smaller size, and this is lighter as it is the "Eau de Toilette". Any ideas about this?
