Carla Leather Ballet Flat (Women)

I got the gold color. These are surprisingly comfortable and padded for a minimalist looking sole. I wore them standing for hours and was not uncomfortable. I also did not get any blisters or irritation for my first wear. The gold is very versatile for matching outfits, I used them for a more dressed up look

I am pretty much against ballet flats because they are often so plain and even worse, there is usually zero cushioning and support -- they feel like you are walking right on the pavement. Not these. I took a chance on them because I needed something navy(ish), which usually shows up in shoes that look too matronly. I'm so pleasantly surprised by these. Good price, the insole is cushioned, the sole has a helpful area of rubber tread, and the color works. My one criticism: the unfortunate heel tab with the shiny gold logo. IMO logos in general are not attractive, and I already feel the heel tab bothering me. I will take them to my local shoe repair place to have the tab removed, but otherwise, great purchase!
