Aviation Ripstop Cotton Cargo Pants

This is my 4th pair of Carhartt WIP Aviation pants. They're pretty decent and well made--no complaints there. One word to note is that they run big, so you might want to size down. I ordered a 30-32, but I'm nowhere near a 30" waist. I'm nowhere near a 32" waist either, for that matter, but that one is definitely too big for me. My main gripes, however, are just two small ones. Gripe the first: The waist tabs are useless. They might as well not even bother putting them on the pants. Gripe the second: The taper is a little too aggressive. I don't mind a slight taper, but this turns pretty skinny at the calf and ankle. Other than that, I quite like them. They're my summer pant of choice. (Can you tell? I've bought four now.)

Love the fit of these cargo pants. Cargo pants are back but without the bulky pockets. These are perfect. I do wish they were something other than ripstop but I have worn them a lot more than I originally thought. They fit well with any sneaker. Super comfortable and a must have closet staple.
