Rick Owens's designs are unmistakably his, featuring bold sculptural elements and evocative draping, folding and wrapping. The recipient of the 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award from the CFDA, Owens began his career in California in 1994. He lives and works in Paris—his home and atelier occupying a historic building that once held the offices of Francois Mitterand.
