Arrived Damaged, yet Declined Return
Never again! This hat arrived damaged & when I returned it Nordstroms declined the return bc it’s a 3rd party vendor. Why sell products from vendors who don’t accept returns. I’ve never felt more scammed in my life & this terrible customer service experience cemented the deal. As a long, long time customer, this was my last transaction. When my business is unwelcome, I take it elsewhere. Bye Nordstom!
