Beautiful shoe, but runs extremely small

This shoe is well-made and is simply beautiful. However, I typically wear a size 9, so that is what I ordered. The shoe was way too small, so I ordered a 10. That size was still too small. I returned both sizes and I just ordered a size 11! I really like these shoes, so I am hoping the size 11 will work.
