A host of smart features protect you in frigid weather, including a removable coyote ruff and detachable hood, an insulated flap behind the heavy-duty front zipper, a secure collar and a drawcord hem to seal out wind and snow.

Great Parka!
I love this Parka! At first, I must admit, I lamented over how expensive it is. Quickly, though, it proved worth every penny. It's so warm - when the wind chill plunged well below 0 I was comfortable and cozy. And it really is water resistant - necessary when shoveling snow during a storm. The hood keeps my ears nice and toasty. If you're in doubt whether to splurge on this parka - I urge you to go for it! You won't regret it.

A bit heavy, but warm
The fit runs true to size. I'm petite so ordered both the small and x-small. The xs fit, however was tight in the shoulders, so I chose the small, so I can layer. It falls to my mid-thigh. It's a bit heavy, but certainly warm in the 30 degrees weather. Didn't think I would use the additional straps, but have used the straps when it's too warm to leave coat on, convenient.

A cute, warm , casual winter coat
This is a really cute coat. Has a puffer coat / stadium jacket look and I think it will be very warm. The fur can zip off the hood for more casual wear. Good pockets -- 4 on front as well as inside and carrying straps. I love the navy. I am a size 4-6 and got the x-small which is a tighter fit. I also tried a small which also fit but was more roomy and good if you want to wear sweaters. NOte that the fur on 2 jackets differed in color so its worth trying a couple to get the best fur color.

Great Parka!

Super warm & Well made
I got this coat in the military green after having my eyes on it for awhile. I am 5'8" & normally wear a medium (29 in jeans) & the medium in this was perfect. I also have the CG Lorette parka but this one is warmer yet not as fancy. This one has a little bit of a bulkier fit but still flattering- all the details are amazing on this (love the side slit additional hand warmer pockets!). This coat is rated a '4' on CG's warmth guide..so this will definitely keep you warm in cold climates. Recommend for sure.

Warm and light but way too small
This would be a perfect parka - it is very warm yet feels light, not heavy. Unfortunately, it runs very small. I am standard XL but this fits like medium (M), not even Large (L). I returned it. I would still recommend it with advise to order at least one size up. Good luck!
