Great Experience
Elizabeth is a great representative of the legendary Nordstrom customer service. She knew all of the jackets inside and out. She was patient and informative and helped my daughter select the perfect jacket that fit her. She also showed her all of the features of the jacket. Tight around my chest!
Loved this parka, but had to return it as it was too tight around my chest. I am 5. 8 and at 155 lbs and 34 D, it was tight around my chest. Ordered size Size M.
