Nordstrom sent the wrong item
I was able to price match this item when Saks was having a good sale, wanted to buy from Nordstroms since I am a loyal customer. Night before Christmas Eve, I go to open the box to wrap the present and it turns out they sent me sneakers!! Can you imagine an almost $1000 coat and they sent a pair of sneakers?? Frustrated also that now Nordstrom is out of the size and color I originally ordered.
Hopefully the next size up isn’t too big for my boyfriend. Grateful for Nordstrom for their customer service but very angry because now I’m not getting the item I wanted and now having to show up to Christmas with an I.O.U note

Great functional parka for the winter
I was hesitant to purchase the parka with the very noticeable branding (black label not available), but as the cold weather was quickly approaching, we were desperate to get a jacket that we knew would perform during the winter. I was so happy to be able to send my son back to college knowing that he would be kept warm and dry - and this did just that - even on the days when it hit negative single digit temperatures and in extremely windy conditions. His zipper froze (along with his eyelashes), but nothing that couldn't be rectified upon thawing. This was worth every penny - function matters!
