Poorly crafted
First time wearing the coat. Wore it for about an hour and a half and one of the back buttons popped off. Nordstroms was great and offered to fix the issue, but I didn’t want to risk another button falling off in the future. The jacket is super warm but it’s poorly crafted for a $1000+ price tag.

Poor construction
I bought this coat to replace a stolen Kensington Canada Goose. Since I needed a new coat fast, the Lorette model was the only A-line coat available late in the season. A brand new coat and the zipper gets stuck. I tried soaping the zipper, but most days I have to step out of my coat. I get stuck in it frequently. Not sure how to get the zipper repaired.

Form fitting and warm!
This is my first winter with this coat and it has been everything I need it to be - flattering, versatile and warm. I spilled some coffee on it and the fabric did not absorb the liquid at all. I will use this coat for a long time!
