A Canada Goose that fits!
Returned the first three Canada Goose jackets due to the “slim fit” being way too slim. The Forester fits perfectly. I’m 5’ 8” and 150 lbs, and like to wear a sweater under my jackets. That was impossible with the other jackets, but not the Forester. Looks tremendous and really warm.

Horrible zippers
Canada goose is known to have bad zippers and as a girl I know my coat has issues all the time. I ordered a couple of these coats as gifts and had to order a few in each size because the first one that came the zipper would get stuck in the same place and the second one would have a hard zip as well. Finally on the third order got a decent zipper. Honestly I like my north face better than my Canada goose even on a warmth level it’s much better. My husband found this coat to be stiff in the arms (L) and a size up was way too big (CL)

My guy loves the fit through the chest and shoulders, but I’m not sure I love the large gaping bottom. It’s not fitted to the hips so it looks billowy. He wants to keep it, so I’ll just keep my eyes level and towards his adorable face!

Tough and stylish
Tried the lodge and felt like a Michelin man. This is a heavier coat and feels much more durable. I’m 6’1” about 210 and the large fits with room to layer. This is the quality I expect from a jacket this expensive. It fits a nice blend of toughness and style. The hand pockets are shallower than expected but still useful.

Stylish, warm and practical
This coat is warm and stylish. It can be worn casually or you can dress it up, which makes it versatile. Very happy with this purchase. For reference - 170 pound male, bought the large and it fits great. There’s a little room for layering, but even without layering it fits perfect.
