Not waterproof!!!!
What is the point. In 40 degree weather and slightest rain and now the jacket down is wet inside and my under layer shirts are wet; all while out on an excursion where am stuck in these conditions. Had they made with waterproof shell then it would have been a great jacket.

Very warm
Have had this and several other Canada Goose coats for years. True believer in its capabilities. While in AK last week, temps dipped to -32F. With some layering of clothing, this Canada Goose Carson performs with ease. The pics are at about -20. The hood makes all the difference in this environment.

cut just right!
Got this for my son who tried another style before settling on this one - he loved the comfortable cut and the close fitting sleeve openings and found charcoal much more forgiving than black as far as not showing dirt!
