'Camp' Slim Fit Hooded Packable Down Jacket

Fantastic coat. I'm 5'2 and most puffer coats make me look like the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man - not this one slim fit and perfect length. Very warm. Glad that I splurged on Canada Goose. Also nice to be a little different from the scores of people wearing North Face in the Northeast.

Beautifully constructed jacket with easy-to-work zippers, handy inside pocket, flattering adjustible hood. Perfect length for driving --- not too long --- and perfect weight & warmth for dog-walking in cold weather.

I use this coat for driving around for Chicago winter errands. The length in the car is good, doesn't tangle. I got an XS and am 120 lbs 5 feet tall with hips. It fits great. It is not as warm as I expected for the hype and price of the brand. I cannot wear it for the morning dog walk hence 4 not 5 stars.

I've had this coat a year now. I was really excited to get it after reading about Canada Goose. I got it in white, which I love, and it does a pretty good job keeping me warm. Not as warm as I was led to believe, but okay. My main gripe though is, if you're going to have a hood - make it a hood. The one on this coat is barely adequate; it covers your head but is so insubstantial, when you go around a corner and there's a breeze, it blows back and you're struggling to keep your head covered. Now I just wear a knit hat under it. Overall it looks good and is warm enough down to 30*.

Very warm yet very thin. I hesitated at the price but it is worth it. I am very glad I bought it.

I purchased this parka after purchasing several Canada goose parkas last winter. I was very disappointed with the heavier canvas style parkas because they are very bulky and heavy. The fit seemed off for some reason. I purchased several north face down parkas instead but after hanging out at the dog park with my little Eskimo dog all winter through rain, hail storms and snow they just weren't warm enough. I layered up and brought hand and foot warmers and doubled up on wool socks but could not stay warm. I am hoping that this parka will be a better choice for the winter. The fit is amazing and it looks very nice and slimming on. I did go for the roomier fit to layer up for the dog park this winter. I love the weightlessness and the design of the parka. It is very flattering! I am looking forward to trying it out this winter with my pup!
