Ripped upon arrival
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put in wash before putting on baby (as we do with all baby clothes), and when we put it on her for the first time, we realized the seam on one arm was already ripped wide open. I contacted North Face, and they said we could mail to their warranty center for repair. UPS said it would be $23 to ship, and now I give up. Not worth it. By the time we got it back it probably won't even be cold anymore and might not even fit anymore! Babies grow so fast! Expected better quality from North Face. Frustrated.
