Disappointing
Also too big for a 38. Arrived without shoelaces. The heel support is too low thus I think my feet would have been in and out when walking in the shoes. The material seemed extremely sensitive, i think it would have fractures, wrinkles very quickly. Insoles seem comfortable though

Poor fit
These were really cute but the fit was very odd. The back of the heel is too low, so they kept slipping on my heel as I walked. I'd also say they run about a half size small. I returned them.

So sad...
The fit in the heel is not right for me. The back of the sneaker is lower than usual and my heel slips right out. And my heels are not narrow. In fact, with Campers, I usually find them too narrow. But they are so cute!!
