Cameron Puff Flatform Slide Sandal (Women)

I'll start by saying these shoes look terrific! They look better on the foot than the photos may give an impression of. Super cute. Super stylish. However, comfort-wise, these are not for me. Firstly, they felt a bit heavier than some other sandal styles I was trying (including some Sorels); that heaviness made walking feel like more of an effort. Secondly, I have a higher than average instep, which I believe caused the flat leather strap (not the comfy, puffy one) against the foot to feel like it would likely cause blisters/rub the skin off the tops of my feet. Lastly, I have "tailor's bunions" (on the outsides of the feet, at the base of the pinky toes) which sat right where the straps cross making that portion of my foot feel a bit pinched. I think these shoes would probably work great for someone with a narrower foot and a not-as-high instep. I regret having to return these because they are super cute, but I know they just won't work for me.
