Love the fit color and size but one pair came with a hole in them and getting a hold of customer service is a two hour want on the phone and no one shows up to the chat feature. What does it take to get a new pair sent?

Decent Underwear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this over a month ago and while i LOVE the brand, i found the style not to my taste. I'm more the boxer/brief type of guy. When you have big quads or chubby thighs or any combo of, you get a lot of friction which chafes. I have learned to use body glide or similar if i'm planning on cardio or any other work out or long walking with these on. Otherwise they are wonderful.

Super soft and comfy

These are some of the softest underwear I have ever worn. They fit snugly but are not too tight with plenty of room to breathe. I don't have to worry about readjusting the front or back to keep my assets in place. You will not regret buying these.
