The sole is NOT removable.

If they are calling a sole that is glued in then perhapse its could be called removable, not sure how this clasifies as removable. The video clearly says the sole is removable if you want to use your own orthotics!!! I will be returning, be sure the product video reviews are accurate I waited for a week for these.
