Stroll In The Woods Shift Dress

Dresses don’t normally work for me. I am tall and have a tummy so anything with a waist hits me at the ribs and is usually too short. I felt fabulous in this dress. I ordered my usual size medium and when it arrived I briefly considered returning it for the small. I decided I liked the oversize fit and kept it-the longer back and oversize fit gives it a designer look. You definitely can size down if you want it less drapey, and on a shorter person I think it would be overwhelming. I am 5’10” 145 lbs and I will explore other styles by this brand.

I really wanted to love this dress -- the color and style are beautiful! However, it came a wrinkled mess, and I was hesitant to iron it because of the fabric content. I returned it but just read the previous review from someone who also received it wrinkled but ironed it and found it to be perfect. So sad now that I didn't try ironing it on a low setting. However, I am guessing this fabric will wrinkle very easily when wearing.

I almost sent this dress back, decided to take it back out of the box and press it on low since the sleeves were bunched up and dress wrinkled, tried it again and so glad I did! I will wear it both with and without a belt. This is one of those dresses that I would wear anywhere for any occasion. And the color is to die for. I love it! I am size 4 and bought XS.
