C.O. Bigelow Rose Salve Lip Balm has been a favorite since its early days due to its ability to care for lips and beautify skin. It's emulsified with extra-soothing rose extract, which helps ease irritation and condition the skin. The balm may be used on your lips, face, cuticles, elbows and knees, or chapped and very dry skin patches.
