The one that I received did not come with a pump. It came with a white plastic screw top and was shipped with tape across the top. I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a seal at the opening and no box either. There was hardly any fragrance at all. At this price, I will stay with the Chanel body wash.

Lovely, except no pump
Love Rose of No Man’s Land, the Turkish rose is delightful— only qualm is that it’s pictured with the pump, the description says “pump included”, and it came with a screw top. Not ideal for a body wash. Called Nordstrom customer service and one is being delivered.

What happened to my order? Unbelievable, false advertising and not the same as pictured. The shipping was incredibly fast but disappointing to receive this product. This must be a fake.
