What it is: A candle with a unique scent created for fragrancing your home that has been handmade in France using mouth-blown glass and cotton wax.

Fragrance story: Winter in Sweden, when night devours day for months on end, stretching lazily over the sun to such an extent that the first flowers of spring seem almost like apparitions. Straight from Ben Gorham's imagination, this composition evokes the fantasy scents of silent flowers like the tulip. Those odorless varieties that nevertheless emit an imaginary fragrance to your mind. An apparition here with the scent of rhubarb, lemon and violet leaves and galbanum. From this distinguished green surges white, slightly almondy flower you can almost distinguish when you close your eyes.

Style: Floral.

Notes:
- Top: lemon petitgrain leaves, rhubarb.
- Middle: tulip extract, violet leaves.
- Base: galbanum, heliotrope, suede.

Very disappointed

I bought this as a birthday gift to myself. I was very excited to receive it as I had high expectations from other reviews for the byredo brand. The scent on this candle is lovely. Very pleasant sweet, floral but when lit the throw is very very subtle to the point of none existent. I tried it all over my home to see if a smaller room would help me smell it better but nothing. I really wanted to love this candle but I'm now left disappointed and out of pocket. I'll be sticking with my diptyque for when I'm wanting to splurge on a luxury candle.

Unique and subtle floral scent

Fleur Fantome is a beautiful, gentle, unique floral scent. This is not a strong scent - as with most Byredo candles - and would work better in smaller spaces. If you are looking for a subtle floral scent, not an overpowering one, then is the one for you. The combination of floral notes is wonderful, it is so uplifting and unique. The black jar is stunning, and the wax burns evenly throughout. Love it!

A lighter scent than others

I think it's good to try the byredo candles first as 70g before purchasing the larger one, it means I can switch them up depending on seasons. I enjoyed this one, though I wouldn't repurchase. It was a pleasant light floral scent, but lighter than other byredo candles. Not sure it is worth the money.

Good overall

I recently purchased a Byredo Mini Candle Fleur Fantome and I am so glad that I did. The scent is absolutely divine, like walking through a field of flowers! On top of that, the burn time is impressive and it looks great in any room. For those looking for a high-quality candle at an affordable price, this is definitely the one to get!

A delicate smell, works well for small rooms

I love Byredo scents but they can be a bit overwhelming in small rooms, I got this after seeing that it had a more delicate scent and it delivered! It has a lovely floral scent that lasts for a few hours after burning, would just recommend having a long initial burn to avoid tunnelling.
