What it is: A temporary under-eye daytime treatment for moderate to severe eye bags that works to depuff, tighten and smooth in just 15 minutes.
What it does: It's your temporary eye lift in a tube! Rapidly reducing the look of under-eye bags in just 15 minutes, this eye treatment dries to a smooth, transparent finish for a natural look on all skin tones. Once dry, it adapts to facial movements for comfortable, all-day wear that wont crease or crack. Formulated for daily daytime use, the temporary depuffing, tightening and smoothing effect lasts until you wash it off before bed.
How to use: This treatment is designed to work when skin is completely dry, so allow 2–3 minutes for other products to fully absorb. A pea-size amount per eye can be applied to bare skin or on top of makeup. With light pressure, use your fingertip to glide evenly from inner to outer eye corners 2–3 times—minimal blending is best. Use your fingertip to gently tap or feather the product outward at the edges of each eye. Relax your face until product is completely dry (about 15 minutes). Do not sleep with product on eye area.

Bye. Bye under eye
I absolutely did not like this product. I’d put on and put my foundation over it and all I could see was flaking. I threw the tube away.

Smells like gas!! not happy you changed!!!
you must have changed the formula it used to smell so nice now it smells like gasoline!!! I have used the product for years but now the smell is too much I wont be buying anymore

FOLLOW directions for AMAZING results!
The firat time that I used Bye Bye Under Eye Bags, I didn’t use it correctly and had poor results and visible flaking. I was really surprised by not seeing the same results as other review so I READ THE DIRECTIONS FOR CORRECT APPLICATION and my results were AMAZING! I used my makeup fan to decrease the drying/wait time of being COMPLETELY still (15 minutes) and had AMAZING results! also used this on my sagging neck area and saw the same AMAZING results there as well!! I can’t recommend this high enough!!!!!!!

Bye bye under eye bags, hello wrinkles
I think I've noticed my bags looking a bit smaller when using the product, however, the smell of the product is awful. Also, my it Cc Cream foundation does not sit well over the product. My bags appear somewhat better, but it makes my wrinkles more prominent when wearing foundation. Im disappointed as I love other it products.

Not impressed
It does absolutely NOTHING for me. My under eye bags are very small and I have not noticed any difference other than it is very drying.
