Like lathering perfume on your face
I received a mini of the By Terry Cellularose Brightening CC Serum in a Space NK GWP a while back. I tested it upon arrival and found that while the product was decent in what it promised to do, the overpowering perfumed rose-scent completely thew the positive effects to the wayside. I had to wipe the product off right after application because it felt like I had just applied pure perfume from a bottle all over my face. I had the exact same issue with their Baume de Rose lip balm from another GWP. I'd say no one needs these products on their face. What is more, the brand is not even cruelty-free, which is one of my most important purchase criteria.

Shine On! In a good way...
I had seen this product promoted by quite a few bloggers online and on Instagram, and I have a weak spot for luxury beauty items! Granted, you can buy a highlighter serum for a lot less than this price tag, but that's what luxury is all about - the experience! The packaging for all By Terry products is gorgeous and substantial, and the products have such a beautiful, subtle rose scent. I actually purchased this in two colors, Sunny Flash and Apricot Glow, and I am still trying to decide which shade is better me. I have slight hint of olive in my skin, but I am pretty fair with very dark brown hair.
The Sunny Flash gives this great glow with it's deeper color, while the Apricot Flash seems to give my skin a little more subtle overall radiance. I am debating whether Sunny Flash is just a bit too bronzed for this time of year in NY. I can't believe I am saying this, but since I love the finish of the product so much, I might actually keep both shades and mix them according to how tan my skin is. It layers gorgeously under my foundation and looks beautiful plain with a little concealer if I am heading to the gym.
You don't need much during application and it goes on smooth and sheer. I would not describe it as creamy, though it penetrates quickly into the skin. All in all, 4 stars for quality, experience! I always remove 1 star for price, because I could never say a luxury beauty item is a "must have". Though, at this point it is a current must have for me!

Understated beautiful glow
I have apricot glow and sunny flash and love both products. The serum smells lovely and goes on beautifully. I wear on their own or under my tinted moisturiser and they make my skin look healthy in the most natural way! Since its winter, I'm leaning towards the apricot glow, and saving sunny flash for warmer times. I'm likely to repurchase this product.
A little goes a long way too!

A few drops to get the glow
Got a mini one to start with as firm some of these too dark or glittery which this isn't. A small drop goes a lot way - I personally just add to my tinted moisteriour or by itself to get a really healthy glow and slight sunkiss colour. I am very much a fitzpatrick 2 so it is just enough even on my fair skin - get why all the hype.
