What it is: An utterly hydrating lip plumping balm that applies like silk and envelops lips to bring them to their ultimate suppleness.

What it does: A unique reactor works with your individual pH levels to transform your lips into their most flattering custom shade of pink. Plumping ingredients deliver a luscious look, while moisturizing ingredients help lips look as good as they feel. A rich oil complex adds comfort and suppleness. Wear it alone or with any of your favorite lip shades.

How to use: Plump, prep and pamper your lips by using PowerPlump before each lip application. The tingling balm can also be worn alone.

Color lasts
I like Buxom products to begin with, but this is perfect under a mask. Slight tingle (I don't know about plumping) but the tint lasts for hours.

Hot Pink Nothingness
I was really disappointed in the product. I saw no plumping at all and the color I ended up with was a really unflattering hot pink. My husband looked at me and asked why my lips were bright pink and said they just looked irritated. Suffice it to say, it was not a good look! The price for the amount of product is also a bit high considering what you see in the ad is all you get. I would have thought it would twist up. Although, I absolutely wouldn’t want more of this product.

Hot Pink Nothingness
I was really disappointed in the product. I saw no plumping at all and the color I ended up with was a really unflattering hot pink. I bought this in Big O. It has a nice tingle when applied to the lips, but I expected this to have a richer texture, like the Fresh lip balms. It doesn’t, so I’m returning it.
