What it does: Its playful, pudding-like texture applies like a gel but dries like a powder. Lightweight and crease resistant, it stays put all day long. The gloss is buildable, too, so you can go from intense sheer to intense metallic depending on what strikes you. It conditions to help prevent dry eyelids and creates a film to keep sparkle from budging, while unique pearl suspension gives it that beautiful wet look.
How to use: Apply with your finger. Start in the inner corner of the eyelid and blend outward. For a high-metallic finish, add a second layer.
