The Clamshell Base Umbrella Stand

Beware before buying. My Business & Pleasure umbrella became permanently stuck in the clamshell base, making it completely unusable. I followed the company’s recommended steps to remove it exactly as instructed, but it will not budge at all. Despite this being a clear defect in usability, the company refused to honor their warranty or offer a reasonable solution. I’ve only had these items for one month and now I consider this expensive purchase a complete waste of money and time trying to fix this problem. Very disappointing customer service and product support. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Nordstrom is no help and will not find a solution for you. Don’t waste your money.
